Today's marketplace is flooded with inexpensive goods that can be obtained in an instant. What we found lacking were high quality artisan products that could be made at scale and still remain true to their origins. Items that maintain traditional craftsperson techniques and appeal to the design sensibility of today's savvy consumer.

 

Armed with years of experience in retail, interior design and manufacturing, we left the comfort of corporate America to start what is now BLOCK&GOLD BRANDS. Beginning with our namesake BLOCK&GOLD (a mashup of our last names) which focuses on a mix of modern and timeless home decor.

After some initial success we started exploring other avenues beyond home decor, specifically gourmet food. Thus, KITCH by BLOCK&GOLD was born. KITCH offers high-quality food that's easy to prepare and accessible yet beautiful and delicious. Regardless of comfort level, our mouthwatering shortcuts make it easy to prepare memorable meals with confidence.

As a service-based brand, we strive to be inclusive at every step. We are an LGBTQ+, AAPI, and BIPOC owned & operated organization. We humbly pledge our support to causes that raise the voices and provide opportunities to marginalized people and communities.
